Following the success of last year’s market events, we are now in the planning stages for x2 Family Fun Day / Markets in April to coincide with the Easter period and once again we are hoping to use Quarry Street as a key destination. Opportunities to expand the location are on the agenda also… These events which are subject to approvals from SLC will be very much family-focused filled with activities, trails, music and once again market stalls. Local community groups, businesses and performers will be encouraged to participate in these events set up to support footfall and a marketing opportunity for the businesses.
Stalls:
Once again we are able to offer stalls to BID area businesses for free. A google form will be set up however ahead of that if any of you are interested, please get in touch by emailing malcolm.thomasharley@hamiltonbid.org We are also delighted to be working with Lanark Markets on this initiative who will provide an improved stall type than what has gone before.
The provisional dates for these events are Saturday 9th April & Saturday 16th April 2022. More information will follow in the coming weeks!
